HERE IS WHAT I'VE BEEN UP TO
Ritech
Performance Engineer (Ongoing)
I’ve been spearheading our performance testing efforts using k6 and Grafana to ensure our systems remain scalable and resilient.
Beyond executing tests, I built our performance practice from the ground up by:
- Establishing Frameworks: Developing comprehensive documentation and standardized workflows.
- Defining Metrics: Aligning technical performance with business goals through SLIs and SLOs.
- CI/CD Integration: Automating load tests to catch regressions early in the lifecycle.
- Analysis & Optimization: Identifying critical bottlenecks and providing actionable tuning recommendations.

QA Manager | QAA ( ~1Yr )
I headed up a team of QA and QAA engineers, making sure every feature we shipped was something we were proud of. I focused on setting high standards that kept our customers happy and our tech seamless. I oversaw quality assurance programs and policies, analyzed data to optimize operations, and recommend improvements for future features and services.

QAA | QA Lead ( 2Yrs )
I have successfully collaborated with diverse cross-functional teams on a wide array
of projects. During this time, I’ve held the dual role of Manual and Automation Tester,
spearheading a critical project for large Bank. Over the course of my tenure, I have
orchestrated the development of a comprehensive automation framework, crafted test
plans, and undertaken a range of additional responsibilities to ensure project success.
I’ve lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to resolve issues
quickly. Performed thorough manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
Created detailed test plans and strategies that align with project goals. Delegated tasks
effectively, ensuring balanced workloads and clear expectations. Implemented process
improvements and best practices in QA. Used my engineering skills to create software
tools used by developers & testers alike, in order to solve domain specific problems

Bottomline Technologies
QA | QAA ( 2Yrs )
In my role, I was in charge of creating and maintaining test plans using Gherkin for BDD,
and I implemented test automation with Java and Selenium paired with Cucumber.
Version control was managed through Bitbucket and Gitlabs, and I relied on Jenkins for
automated deployment and debugging.
I thrived in an Agile environment, collaborating with a diverse team of experts and
utilizing Jira for task and sprint management. Alongside adding new features and
functional tests, I took part in initiatives to modernize both codebase and automation
projects. I also got hands-on with load, stress, and performance testing, making good
use of tools like NeoLoad and Gatling.
In a hackathon, I developed an internal browser extension tool called BTNews-Stand. It
allowed Developers to easily communicate changes made to specific pages, helping
QA teams plan their testing effectively.
